Blessing in Disguise

It's the story of a young boy who wanted to learn judo. But nobody was ready to give him training, the reason being the boy didn't have his left hand.

With his perseverance, he kept checking around and one day he found a master who was ready to teach him. But he put a condition that the boy will not question him for his teaching ways.

Teaching started and the boy showed a good commitment. At the very end of the day, the boy expressed his feeling of playing in tournaments.  Master didn't say anything. Days started passing. The second day passed, the third day passed and so on. A month was about to over, and boy was learning only one move from day one.

The boy again went to master reminding him of his wish. But master didn't utter again. The first month over, and then second too. The boy kept showing his commitment as he didn't have any other option. Master didn't shift the boy from the first move to any other. But with-in these two months, the boy was almost got perfect in the move.

One day, to boy's surprise, his master enrolled him for the tournament. The boy got confused thinking what to do. Should he celebrate thinking his dream was about to come true or should he feel that the idea of enrollment was insane as he just knows one move.

Surprising himself, he won the tournament easily.

Later that evening, he took courage and went to his master asking about the secret behind his amazing win. Master told him that there were two big reasons why he won the tournament.

You want to know those reasons!! Me too, want to know.

First reason, he learnt one of the most difficult move of Judo in last two months. To be precise, not only learnt but mastered it with sheer interest, patience and dedication. Second, the counter-move(defense) for the move requires holding boy's left hand by the opponent. The arm that he lost for some reason was blessing in disguise.

The end result is, we all may be handicapped by one type or the other. But if don't give a counter-move for our abilities learnt, we can win any damn game of the life.
