Tortoise and Hare Series - Part 1

Well, I am sharing the same old story - the story of Tortoise and Hare. 

This will become the building block for the series. The advance versions of the story have adopted the best of tortoise and hare. Here, you will see what could have happened if "...". Let's start with the main story, Part 1 of the series.

Story - 

Once upon a time, there was a hare in the jungle who used to brag a lot about his fast running speed. Fed up with his statements, once a tortoise challenged him for the race.

First, the hare laughed but then agreed for the race to teach tortoise a lesson. The race started and the hare quickly gained the momentum and left tortoise miles away.

Then finding that he is close to the finishing line and the tortoise far away, he thought of taking some rest under the tree. The air was fresh and soothing, soon he fell asleep. 

The tortoise was slow but consistent. He never stopped anywhere and after a time, he crossed the sleeping hare. In the evening, the hare woke up. Little disturbed about how long he was sleeping, he started running very fast. Finally, he reached the target. But as we all know, the tortoise was already waiting for him.

So who won the race? Obviously tortoise! Slow and steady wins the race. Steady efforts can make a huge impact even if the effort is small. And big efforts may go in vain if not made properly. So be steady first.
