Tortoise and Hare Series - Part 4

Yes, tortoise and hare ran again. And this time together. 

By now, they had become good friends. They sat together, analyzed the complete situation and figured out that the race on the last track could have been run much better. They started the race again and not against each other but as a team this time.

When the race started, first, hare carried the tortoise till the riverbank. From there, tortoise took over and swam through the river with the hare on his back. Again on the land, hare carried the tortoise till the finishing line. The race finished and both were quite satisfied with the result.

They were friends now. Enjoyed the win together. Struggled less. Used their competency to compete with the situation and not against each other, so found the result faster.

So, friends, it is good to utilize our strengths well. But if we can work as a team, harness each other's core competencies then results could have been much better. Compete with the situation, you will yourself figure out the answers.
